By the summer of 2010, it was clear that social gaming was here to stay, with Facebook’s massive audience continuing to demonstrate an appetite for games. However, the range of available games on Facebook was rather limited. A few early leaders, most notably Zynga’s FarmVille, had served as an example for countless other developers to follow, leading to a landscape overrun with simulation games primarily marketed to casual and non-gamers such as middleaged women playing games for the first time. |

There is something quite off by using your free time from work, school and responsibilities to play a style of game that lavishes more responsibilities at your feet. But that’s exactly what you’re in for when you play Order Up!! To Go, Chillingo’s functional, but not overly fun entry to the restaurant management/cooking game genre. |

If you're like me, you probably spend a lot of time on Twitter. Aside from mundane things — like when we announce we've arrived at a restaurant or club — we also tweet about all the goofy/crazy stuff we see. But what happens when our tweets become part of a game's world? The upcoming racing title Tweet Land is going to show the results, and they look delightfully crazy. |

If the movie Labyrinth taught us anything, it's that you have to take matters into your own hands when your kid brother gets stolen by goblins (well, that and how David Bowie makes everything he touches awesome). Kids vs. Goblins continues this trend, though it looks like there'll be a lot more monster-fighting — as opposed to catchy musical numbers — this time around. |

When you mix two good things together, you never quite know how things will turn out. Sometimes you get chocolate peanut butter cups. Other times you get anchovies and ice cream. The oddly-named Puzzlejuice attempts to do something similar with games. It’s part Tetris, part SpellTower-style word game, and the result is as stressful as it is addictive. |

Fans of The Clockwork Man are no doubt hoping that the team at Total Eclipse are furiously working away at a third installment in the series, but who can say? While we don’t really have any confirmation on The Clockwork Man 3, Total Eclipse’s next game seems like a pretty clear indication that they’re not quite done with the franchise yet: A Clockwork Brain. |

You ever wonder why hidden object games feature so many ghosts, insane clowns and twisted psychiatrists? Yeah, me too. Witches also seem to be frequent hidden object fodder, as do wealthy heirs who somehow always end up cursed. These types of characters have seemingly perennial appeal so it's no surprise really, that Witches' Legacy: The Charleston Curse features both witches and heirs. What is surprising is that despite the use of these well-worn archetypes, Witches' Legacy weaves a clever and, on occasion, surprising story. |

When a young journalist and her cameraman disappear right in the middle of a broadcast, that’s a mystery. When it happens on the mysterious Black Isle? It’s doubly so. When there’s a mystery of this magnitude, there’s only one thing you can do – call in the Mystery Trackers. |
